CLIMATE CHANGE DENIERS ANSWER TO GLOBAL WARMING?

Is this giant fan the answer to this summer's record high temperatures?

Actually, this art installation entitled "Ventilator,” a 19 foot tall table fan by Israeli designer Tal Tenne Czaczkes. The fan is solar-powered and actually works—the blades spin and the fan oscillates. The sculpture is installed in Rabin Square in Tel Aviv through the end of August.
