Join your Tallahassee community to do ten for 10.10.10 as a part of the worldwide event to raise awareness about climate change and reducing our carbon footprint.  

Lake Ella, FSU Landis Green and FAMU Park will be sites joining over 1700 events in 140 counties on October 10th to learn more about what we can do to stop the rise in carbon in our atmosphere. 

Based on Bill McKibbon's work at scientist around the world measure the earth's atmosphere and have determined that the amount of CO2 is at 392 ppm and rising.  350 symbolizes at maximum level of CO2 at which the earth can sustain life without dramatic and devastating climate changes. 
You can take the pledge to make 10 sustainable lifestyle changes, learn more about 350 and meet others working to make a difference.  Bring your neighbor--the one who never puts out the recycling bin!
