Recently, I wrote about a college student who had redesigned his own biodiesel fuel car and was driving on filtered veggie oil at this post.
Shown is the adaptor kit for his diesel Mercedes from Grease Car.
The "co-pilot" gauge next to his steering wheel alerts him when he can switch from diesel gas to veggie oil after starting the engine, next a close-up of his engine and a peek at the dual tank system in his trunk.
So, once you get your conversions done, you can join the Greaseball rally driving veggie fueled vehicles to San Jose, Costa Rica!
Learn more about the bio-diesel co-op in Portland and see a list of all vehicles that can be converted to biodiesel at Go Biodiesel.
Also, check out the Big Bend Biofuels page on MySpace.
