Speaking of wind turbines, (see post below) Green Tallahassee is coming to you from the very windy city of Chicago.
It seems folks shopping on West Fulton Market may think that organic clothing is dull and that going green is a painful experience where one gives up style and fashion. To remedy this, one pricey boutique called Pivot promotes itself and its bamboo tee shirts, hemp-silk blend tops and handbags made from used skateboard decks as a way to prove that going green doesn't have to be boring.
We already know about eco-friendly fashion. Besides, how could I possibly get a purse made from a skateboard through airport security?
