Hello, I was wondering about the alternative fuel section. I question the benefits to the environment of monocrop agriculture with GMO corn. I question the need for the increase cost of food all over the world, and the benefits to the environment of the entire movement. It is also my understanding that rainforests are cut in order to grow these "alternative" or "green" fuels. It seems to be a marketing scheme that offers little or no value to the envirnoment. I understand people want to get off foreign oil, but I do not think that taking food out of some mouths in order to do it is a reasonable option.
