Can I Borrow Your Solar Charger Jacket?

Sporting a very expensive Zegna Sports Jacket with its solar ring around the collar was recently featured by Gizmodo. It's solar collar provides enough power to charge your cell phone or other hungry electronic device. First I thought, how cool, if you have one of those battery operated foot warmer things, you could toast your toes on a cold day without fear that your battery was going to run out in the middle of the football game. Or, instead of asking you for a light, people would be asking, "hey, can you spare a charge?"
